Nestled alongside the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico
and Charlotte Harbor, the Barrier Islands of Charlotte County, also known as
the Gulf Islands, stretch from Manasota Key on the North end to Boca
Grande on the South.
Each island offers a unique waterfront experience and varied types of real
estate opportunities. In the center of the Gulf Islands lies a
pristine, secluded stretch of beach called Palm Island, which is also referred
to as Don Pedro or Knight Island. The following is a brief
synopsis of each Island, starting at the North and ending at the South. We hope
